Agreement Framework

This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") establishes a legally binding contract between Validated Peptides ("Company", "we", "us") and the researcher or institution ("User", "you") accessing validatedpeptides.com.

By accessing our platform or purchasing our analytical compounds, you represent that you are a qualified researcher affiliated with a recognized institution and that you possess the technical expertise required for the safe handling of peptide compounds.

Product Stewardship & Use

Validated Peptides products are strictly restricted to laboratory research applications. The purchaser expressly warrants that they will test, use, and handle all products in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

No animal testing
No food or drug additive use
No household application
No commercial resale
No diagnostic use

Liability & Indemnification

In no event shall Validated Peptides be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or handling of our products. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Validated Peptides from all claims, losses, and liabilities arising from the User's possession or use of the material.
