Photograph everything
Take clear photos of the vials and both the inner and outer packaging the moment your order arrives, before you store anything.
Email us within 72 hours
Send the photos to support@validatedpeptides.com with your order number. That is the whole claim.
We ship a replacement
Once we confirm the photos, a free replacement goes out. No return shipping, no cost, no back-and-forth.
