Privacy Policy
Information Governance
At Validated Peptides, we recognize that privacy is a critical component of research security. This policy describes how we collect, process, and protect information within our analytical ecosystem.
Our data handling practices are engineered to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality for our scientific partners and institutional clients.

- Shipping, order, and payment transaction details
- Phone numbers submitted for in-stock alerts and optional marketing

OAuth Data Accessed (Google & Apple)
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we request and access only the minimum profile information needed to create and maintain your account.
- Name
- Email address
- Profile photo (avatar), when available
We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail content, contacts, calendar, or any other non-essential Google or Apple account data.
Data Usage, Storage & Sharing
We use OAuth profile data (name, email, and profile photo) only to authenticate users, create and manage accounts, personalize account display, and provide account-related support.
We store account data on secure infrastructure with access controls and encryption safeguards. We retain data only as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, and security purposes, and then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
Phone numbers are collected only when you provide them in lead generation or notification forms. We use those numbers to send in-stock messages and, if you opt in, marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
We do not sell Google user data, Apple user data, or phone numbers. We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as hosting, payment, and communications providers) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Cookies, Tracking & Google Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functional, remember preferences, maintain cart and session state, and measure website performance.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and interaction events. This helps us improve site performance and user experience.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect parts of site functionality.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services, operate our business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Account profile data (including OAuth profile fields) is retained while your account is active. Order and transaction records are retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations. Phone numbers provided for notifications or marketing are retained until you opt out, request deletion, or they are no longer required for operational purposes.
When retention is no longer necessary, we delete the data or de-identify it in accordance with our internal retention and security procedures.
Security Infrastructure
We utilize industry-leading cryptographic protocols to safeguard all information transmitted through our systems. Our security architecture includes:
End-to-end data protection for all sensitive transactions.
Standardized secure payment processing protocols.
Research Partner Rights
Our partners maintain full sovereignty over their data. You retain the right to audit, correct, or request the deletion of your information from our active research databases, subject to regulatory retention requirements.
