Partner Program Terms

1. The program

Validated Peptides ("we") pays partners ("you") a commission on the net product subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and refunded amounts) of orders placed with your assigned referral code. Commissions accrue on every qualifying order, including repeat orders.

Your commission rate is tiered. It is set each calendar month by your total referred sales in that month, starting at 10% and rising to 30% at the highest tier. Reaching a higher threshold upgrades your rate automatically for that month. The current tiers and thresholds are published at validatedpeptides.com/affiliates and may change under section 10.

Customers using your code receive 10% off.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and able to receive payments lawfully. Accounts are free and activate immediately upon accepting these terms. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion.

3. Research use only content rules

All our products are for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. In any content, caption, comment, DM, or communication where you promote our products or use your code, you must not: (a) state or imply human use, consumption, injection, or application; (b) describe personal use, results, or experiences with any product; (c) make any health, cosmetic, performance, recovery, longevity, or weight-related claim; (d) give dosage, protocol, cycle, or usage guidance; (e) use before/after imagery or body-transformation framing; (f) describe products as supplements, medications, or treatments. Where practical, include research-use-only framing in your content.

4. Required disclosures

You must clearly disclose your material connection to us in every piece of content containing your code or link (for example "#ad" placed visibly in the caption body), per FTC Endorsement Guides. Disclosure in a bio, linktree, or profile page alone is not sufficient.

5. Prohibited promotion methods

No bidding on "Validated Peptides" or confusingly similar terms in paid search; no spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or bot traffic; no posting your code on order-fulfillment, prescription, or telehealth platforms; no representing yourself as our employee or agent.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

We review partner content. First violation of section 3 or 4: written notice and required correction or deletion within 48 hours. Repeat or serious violations (including any human-use claim we deem materially harmful): immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. We may reverse commissions on refunded or fraudulent orders.

7. Payouts and taxes

Balances of $25 or more are paid monthly on or about the 1st. Smaller balances roll over to the following month and keep accumulating until they clear $25. Commissions become payable 30 days after the order date (refund window). We may require tax or identity documentation before issuing a payout. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings.

8. Relationship

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative. You have no authority to bind us or make commitments on our behalf.

9. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination without violation, accrued commissions that clear the refund window are paid in the normal cycle. On termination for violation of sections 3-5, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with notice via the partner dashboard or email. Continued use of your code after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Liability

The program is provided as is. Our total liability to you is limited to unpaid, properly accrued commissions. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content that violates these terms.
